Getting Concrete Back There
Fences, gates and narrow side yards. If the truck cannot get close, we may need to pump the concrete in, which costs more.
Buried Lines
Where sprinkler pipes, buried dog fence wire and yard light cables run. NC 811 marks public lines only, so we need you to point these out.
A Step Down
The drop from your back door to the grass. A big drop may need a concrete step, and we can add one to the quote.
HOA Rules
If you have an HOA, its rules on patios. HOA approval is not part of our price unless the quote lists it.

How We Build the Slab
Our standard concrete patio runs about 4 inches deep and gets a broom finish.
We pack the soil firm, mix fiber into every pour and add control joints so cracks follow straight lines. Where the yard allows, we pitch the slab so rain runs off.

Before You Book a Patio
What does a concrete patio cost in Huntersville?
We price a patio by its size and finish, plus any tear-out or pumping. Projects start at $3,500. Tell Axel the rough size and he will quote it.
Do you pour stamped patios in Huntersville?
Yes. Broom finish is our standard, and stamping is an upgrade that costs more. We have stamped patios in Charlotte and up the road in Davidson.
Can you replace an old, broken concrete patio?
Yes. We break out the old slab and pour a new one. Hauling the old concrete away is included when your quote lists it. If only one part is bad, we can cut out that section and replace just that. Expect the new piece to look a shade different from the rest.
Can you pour a walkway out to the patio too?
Yes. We pour walkways as well, so ask for both on one quote. A path from the driveway or side gate keeps feet off the grass.
