Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Quote requests. Your name, phone number, email, and city when you send our quote form. We also record which town page or QR code brought you to the site, so your request reaches the right location.
• Visit counts. Our own counter records which part of the site you viewed and any ad campaign tags in the link you clicked. It never includes your name or contact details.
• Video pages. On our customer video pages, how much of the video played and your browser type.
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site. It also counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.

How We Use It

We use it to answer your request, contact you about your project, and schedule and do the work. We also use it to see which pages and ads bring us customers, and to keep the site secure.

Calls and Texts

After you send a request, we may call, text, or email you about your project. Some texts and calls are sent or dialed automatically by our phone system. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us to stop calling.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business:

• GoHighLevel, our customer system, which stores your request and sends our texts and calls.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Our Meta Pixel records pages you view, buttons you click, and when you send a quote request. When you send the form, we also send Meta your name, email, phone, and city in scrambled (hashed) form. We send your IP address and browser details with it, to measure our ads.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs our quote form.
• Google Maps. Some pages show a Google map, which loads from Google. It may let Google collect your IP address and set its own cookies.
• Telegram, only if our customer system is down, to send us your request as a private alert so it is not lost.
• Anyone the law requires.

Your texting opt-in and consent are never shared with third parties. We do not share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.

Links to Instagram, YouTube, and Google lead to sites with their own privacy policies.

Cookies and Browser Storage

• The Meta Pixel sets cookies: _fbp, plus _fbc if you came from a Facebook or Instagram link. It also notes the last outside site you came from.
• Our site saves one small note (rhino_entry_src): the town page or QR code you arrived on and the time. It holds no personal details, is ignored after 30 minutes without activity, and is only sent to us with a quote request.
• Our visit counter and video pages use a random ID that is cleared when you close the tab.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The quote form still works.

How Long We Keep It

We keep quote requests and customer records while we need them to serve you and keep business records. We delete them when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your Choices

Email or call us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop calls and texts. You can also limit ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
